Q: What should I bring with me on the day?

There is nothing you need to bring on the day. We provide all the accessories necessary for dressing, such as underwear,
long jackets, tabi socks, sandals, and bags. Of course, everything is included in the price, so there are no additional charges.

Q: What is the average rental cost for a kimono?

The average price for kimono rental in Kyoto is around 3,000 yen to 7,000 yen per day. If you add a high-quality kimono or
hair style, the cost can exceed 10,000 yen.

Q: Which month is best to wear kimono in Kyoto?

The best times to wear kimono in Kyoto are spring and autumn. We especially recommend visiting from March to April when
the cherry blossoms bloom, and from October to November when the autumn leaves are beautiful. The climate is neither too
hot nor too cold, so you can wear a kimono while enjoying the nature and temples and shrines of Kyoto.

Q: How long does it take to rent a kimono?

It takes about 30 to 45 minutes from the time you arrive to the time you depart.*During the peak seasons of spring and fall,
the store may be crowded and you may have to wait, so please arrive with plenty of time.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

If you cancel on the same day, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee according to the plan at the time of reservation.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us by phone or email by 17:00 the day before. We also have a separate cancellation policy
for groups. We will inform you in advance at the time of reservation.

Q: Do you have larger size kimonos?

Although the number is limited, we have a variety of items available. *We prepare for both men and women.

Q: I don't know what kind of hairstyle I should have.

If in doubt, please feel free to consult your stylist. Our experienced stylists will make recommendations based on your
preferences and mood. For those who have their hair styled, we will rent hair accessories for free.

Q: Can I rent a kimono even on rainy days?

You can rent it even on rainy days. It's okay if your kimono gets wet. *Umbrella rental is also available.

Q: If I get my kimono dirty, will there be a cleaning fee?

Even if your kimono gets dirty, there will be no cleaning fee. Rest assured, we have never charged a cleaning fee.
