Known affectionately as “Nene’s Temple,” Kodaiji Temple was built by Hideyoshi Toyotomi’s wife, Nene, with the assistance of Ieyasu Tokugawa, to pray for the repose of Hideyoshi’s soul. The beautiful view from the hill is another point of interest.
